As a counselling intern, I offer a cost-effective rate and have ongoing supervision from an experienced registered psychologist. With a background in education, I understand the realities of school stress and use that knowledge to support teachers, students, and families. Through my Masters of Counselling Psychology, I have learned skills and evidence-based approaches. I draw from CBT, narrative, strengths-based, solution-focused, mindfulness, and other therapy modalities in my practice. My focus is on providing an empathetic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for you to feel safe, supported, and understood. I look forward to meeting with you.
