This is an integrative approach to a healthy relationship with self. This group entails a total of 15 hours of contact time between 3 professionals. The team is comprised of 2 therapists and 1 nutrition coach. The participants will have a full in-person day of learning (COVID safety precautions apply). Then over the course of four weeks, they will receive:
